Job summary

Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with daily operations at our Minnesota community. Responsibilities include marketing, leasing, administration, and maintenance coordination to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in property management, Tax Credit compliance knowledge, and strong communication. MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ yrs in Property Management.
• Tax Credit compliance experience for low income housing.
• Knowledge of tax credit compliance and related regulations.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Marketing, administration, leasing and resident relations support.
• Assist in daily operations of the community.
• Maintain resident records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate property maintenance and vendor oversight.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and promptly.
