Qualifications

• 2+ years in Property Management with Tax Credit experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations including marketing, administration and leasing.
• Coordinate leasing activities, record keeping and reporting for the community.
• Oversee property maintenance and security in collaboration with vendors.
• Assist with advertising, move-ins, renovations and turnover tasks.
• Monitor occupancy goals and enforce lease and community policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns.
