Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in property management, leasing, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong math skills; comfortable with ledgers, spreadsheets, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments and maintain resident ledgers.
• Manage delinquency process, notices, payment plans, and evictions coordination.
• Prepare weekly and monthly occupancy, leasing, delinquency, and budget reports.
• Assist with invoice coding, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
