Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development is a plus.
• Excellent attendance and strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with computers and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Maintain budgetary guidelines and assist with annual operating budget.
• Handle rent collection procedures and deposit processing.
• Oversee maintenance requests and vendor compliance.
• Support Community Manager in screening applicants and renewing leases.
• Prepare and submit relevant reports and documentation.
