Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Assist in developing resident services programs.
• Enter and track service requests in the maintenance software.
• Assist in attracting, screening, and selecting prospective residents per laws and criteria.
• Prepare market surveys and traffic reports.
• Handle lease renewals.
• Assess needs of prospective residents.
• Prepare lease packages.
• Collect late rents and other monies due.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes.
• Answer phones and greet visitors professionally.
• Follow up with guests within 24 hours by phone or email.
• Send thank-you cards after visits.
• May assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
