Job summary

Royal American Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a property, lead site staff, and ensure premier resident service. You will supervise associates, develop leasing strategies, and manage budgets while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed. Travel to properties may be required as part of property oversight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Experience in property management preferred (3+ years).
• ARM CAM certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned property operations and staff management.
• Supervise and train community associates.
• Evaluate performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Develop and implement leasing and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain rent collection procedures and deposit workflows.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare annual operating budget with Regional Manager.
• Resolve landlord-tenant issues and mediate disputes.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance standards.
