AccessAbilities is seeking a Community Learning Center Supervisor to lead our day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach employees, oversee daily operations, and help create engaging, person-centered experiences that empower individuals to learn, grow, and thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supervising or leading employees.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Curriculum development experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to transport individuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Community Learning Center employees.
• Oversee daily operations and staffing.
• Participate in direct support while serving as the on-site leader.
• Ensure quality services, documentation, and Medicaid compliance.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging team culture.
• Create meaningful opportunities for individuals to build independence and community involvement.
