Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a Program Lead to supervise a licensed childcare center in Antelope, CA. You will coach teaching staff, ensure quality programming, and supervise safety in a diverse, community-focused environment.

You will collaborate with Center Manager to support enrollment, attendance, purchasing, and community relationships, while maintaining licensing compliance and program standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements may change as needed based on state and center requirements
• 2-3 years' experience in ECE/CD setting
• At least 1 year of experience mentoring and leading other adults or teaching staff

Responsibilities

• Liaison for communicating Catalyst Family Inc. vision, mission, philosophy, and curriculum approaches to staff, parents, school personnel, the community, and state and local government agencies
• Manage staff performance proactively; coach, support and provide feedback to staff regularly so that they can deliver their best
• Conduct Annual Performance review on time and provide regular feedback
• Provide on-site mentoring and modeling in the classroom; observe and give feedback on weekly lesson plans
• Orient and integrate new staff; communicate mission and philosophy to all staff
• Develop professional growth plans with staff; ensure alignment with agency goals
• Forecast staffing needs in consideration of business requirements and changing environment
