• Must have valid food service certification (e.g., ServSafe) and 5 years’ experience in food service.
• At least 1 year leading or supervising direct staff.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff and volunteers in food preparation, cooking, and serving according to regulations.
• Develop and maintain nutritious menus that meet participant needs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate ordering, inventory, and food donations; ensure proper food safety and sanitation.
• Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and adherence to budget.
