Job summary

The Midnight Mission in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time kitchen associate to support meal preparation for guests and staff. Under the supervision of the Managing Chef, you will follow a planned menu, keep the kitchen clean, and help with pantry restocking and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of the Managing Chef, prepare food in a safe, clean and sanitized kitchen.
• Sweep and mop floors, collect and dispose of trash, re-stock pantries as needed, wash walls, clean and sanitize as necessary.
• Follow a planned menu to prepare food for all guests and staff.
