The Phoenix at Opelika is seeking a Cook to join their team. The Cook reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director and is responsible for all food preparation to meet quality, quantity and service standards for the community.

Responsibilities include managing food production in the absence of leadership, following sanitary procedures and regulations, and ensuring compliance with local safety and health guidelines.

Qualificações

• Culinary education or training required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related kitchen experience recommended.
• SERV Safe certification or willingness to obtain

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve meals following approved recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and proper temperature controls.
• Record temperatures and production quantities accurately.
• Follow menus and production sheets for consistency.
• Assist in all aspects of food service operations as directed.
