Job summary

RTR in Marshfield, MA seeks a full-time, entry-level to mid-career staff to coach individuals with disabilities in community settings. You’ll provide 1:1 and group support at job sites and training centers, helping clients build job readiness and workplace skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Must hold a high school diploma, have a valid driver's license, and be able to complete required trainings and background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Must complete all mandated trainings.
• Willing to undergo background checks and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group coaching at community sites.
• Help participants develop job readiness and behavioral goals.
• Collaborate with Case Managers to implement employment plans.
• Track progress and document reports clearly and accurately.
• Serve as liaison with families and employer partners.
• Assist with transportation to job sites as needed.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training activities.
• Model professionalism and adapt to work environments.
