Job summary

Road to Responsibility is hiring in Taunton, MA to support individuals with disabilities in community employment settings. You will provide on-the-job coaching, help build job readiness, and work with a collaborative team to prepare participants for long-term independence.

The role requires a High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to sites. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and internet usage.
• Willingness to complete required trainings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job coaching in 1:1 and group settings at community sites.
• Help participants develop job readiness and workplace skills.
• Collaborate with Case Managers to implement employment goals.
• Document progress clearly and complete reports.
• Coordinate with families and employer partners as needed.
• Assist with transportation to and from job sites as required.
• Support with hands-on care and safety interventions when needed.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training activities.
• Model professionalism and adapt to real workplace environments.
