Job summary

Vesta, Inc. in Maryland seeks a compassionate individual for the SouthernRegion Day Program in Forestville to coordinate activities, facilitate rehabilitation groups, and provide case management for adult consumers.

This full-time role is Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, requires a valid driver’s license and daily use of a 15-passenger van, and you must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Experience with an eHR system and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van and maintain a valid driver’s license - MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening!
• Experience using an eHR system for documentation
• Bachelor's or 3 years of experience in mental health field preferred
• Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings

We're currently seeking a compassionate individual to join our team in the SouthernRegion Day Program (PRP) in Forestville, MD. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating activities, facilitating rehabilitation groups, and providing case management for adult consumers attending our day program.

Position Details:

Full-Time: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm

Valid driver’s license required; daily use of 15-passenger van

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range : $20.56/hour - $23.02/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
• Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training.
• PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked).
• Holidays: Full-Time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year, with overtime if required to work. Part-Time employees are eligible for overtime if required to work on holidays.
• Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
• Health Benefits: Full and Part-Time Employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
