Vesta, Inc. seeks a Community Integration Specialist for the Southern Region Day Program in Forestville, MD. This full-time role supports adults attending the day program by coordinating activities, facilitating rehabilitation groups, and providing case management.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a 15-passenger van are required, along with experience using an electronic health records system to document progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mental health or 3 years of related experience preferred.

We're currently seeking a compassionate individual to join our team in the Southern Region Day Program (PRP) in Forestville, MD. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating activities, facilitating rehabilitation groups, and providing case management for adult consumers attending our day program.

Position Details

Full-Time: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm

Valid driver's license required; daily use of 15-passenger van

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $20.56/hour - $23.02/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime. Salary calculated based on education and experience.

Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training.

PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked).

Holidays: Full-Time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year, with overtime if required to work. Part-Time employees are eligible for overtime if required to work on holidays.

Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.

Health Benefits: Full and Part-Time Employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
