Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is seeking a Community Integration professional to support individuals in Day Habilitation and Supported Employment settings. You will collaborate with individuals, families, and teams to identify interests, build skills, and pursue meaningful community employment.

The role emphasizes person-centered planning, skill development, and safe, compliant service delivery. Training is provided; 18+ age requirement applies, and a valid driver’s license is required for

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Person-centered support and community engagement to promote independence and employment opportunities.
• Provide direct support, coaching, and instruction to develop life, social, and vocational skills.
• Assist with exploring employment, applications, interviews, and workplace readiness.
• Implement behavioral support strategies while ensuring safety and dignity for individuals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, services, and incidents and participate in trainings.
