Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with individuals to identify interests, strengths, and goals and develop meaningful daily/weekly schedules including community participation, hobbies, volunteering, and activities.
• Provide direct support and coaching to help individuals complete tasks and achieve goals independently.
• Follow individualized behavioral care plans and support positive behavior aligned with each person’s goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes for continuity of care.
• Assist in ensuring a safe, respectful environment that promotes independence and decision-making.
