Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance seeks a driven, community‑rooted Insurance Sales Agent for King William County. You will help local families, farms and businesses protect what they’ve built, with earnings growing through relationships and performance.

You’ll start with an existing book, receive a steady base salary plus commissions, and benefit from training, bonuses and trips for top performers. Licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Annuities licenses are required or provided.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Good time management and ability to work independently are expected.
• Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance to local families, farms and businesses to build a client book.
• Service and grow relationships with members and potential clients.
• Participate in licensing training and ongoing education provided by the company.
