Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in Maryland.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume client services.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard CRM platforms and digital documentation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong comfort level with face-to-face networking and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients throughout the Westminster area to discuss their coverage needs.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to provide tailored insurance solutions that offer real peace of mind.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently to ensure no client feels overlooked.
• Collaborate with our underwriting department to ensure all applications are accurate and processed promptly.
• Host local educational workshops to help community members understand their policies and identify potential gaps in their protection.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, acting as their primary advocate whenever questions arise.
