Job summary

The Atlantic District in Indiana, PA is seeking an Expansion Agent who will be the face of our agency, meeting neighbors to help them understand coverage options and build lasting relationships.

You will develop local outreach strategies, review policies to meet client needs, attend community events, and maintain detailed records while supporting policyholders as their primary contact.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Two years of sales or client-facing experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Life/Health license is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with local families and businesses to explain coverage options.
• Develop and execute local outreach strategies to grow our Indiana presence.
• Review existing policies to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Attend community events to represent the agency and build partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the management system.
• Provide ongoing support to policyholders as their primary contact.
