• Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance license.
• Proven track record of growing a personal book of business.
• Deep understanding of insurance policy structures and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong comfort with face-to-face client meetings and public speaking.
• Experience using modern CRM platforms to organize daily outreach.
• Self-driven personality with a desire to mentor others on the team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new opportunities to help families and business owners secure their financial future.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure clients have the right coverage for their goals.
• Educate clients on complex insurance concepts using clear language.
• Maintain an active presence in the Lynchburg community through local events and networking.

• Coordinate with internal support staff to streamline applications and onboarding for new policyholders.
