The Atlantic District in Leesburg, VA is seeking an energetic Insurance Agent to advise locals and local businesses on coverage options. You will connect with prospective clients, present tailored policies, and help families protect their futures with clarity and kindness.

You will maintain an active pipeline through community outreach, collaborate with the underwriting team for quotes, and update policies as customers' lives evolve.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and digital agency management systems.
• Clear, empathetic communication style that builds immediate rapport.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A background in networking or building client bases within the Leesburg community is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their personal or business coverage needs.
• Present tailored insurance options that provide genuine security and peace of mind.
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential leads through community engagement and local outreach.
