Job summary

City Property Management, an Arizona-based leader in HOA management, seeks an ACM & Community Inspection Supervisor to lead the ACMs and Community Inspectors. You will hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage workloads while developing ACMs toward Community Manager roles.

The role is a hands-on leadership position with in-office work, occasional training travel, and potential expansion of the team. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of community association or property management experience.
• Current CMCA or CAAM certification preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACMs and Community Inspectors; provide daily leadership and support.
• Oversee training programs and onboarding for new team members.
• Manage workloads and balance resources across the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and address performance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality control.
