Job summary

City Property Management is seeking an ACM & Community Inspection Supervisor to lead the Assistant Community Manager and Community Inspector teams. You will hire, onboard, train, coach, manage workload, and ensure quality control while developing ACMs for advancement into Community Manager roles within 1–2 years.

This hands-on leadership role requires in-office presence, oversees a growing team, and involves travel for training and support; you will drive operational coverage and uphold company

Qualifications

• Five years of community association or property management experience; or at least three years with CMCA/CAAM.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Proven success hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and developing employees.
• Strong understanding of community association operations and compliance processes.
• Excellent organizational, workload-management and follow-through skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish expectations, hold employees accountable, and address performance concerns professionally.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Collaborates effectively with Community Managers, VPs, homeowners and internal teams.
• Proficiency with standard business software and ability to learn company systems.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ACMs and Community Inspectors; ensure timely completion of core responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Community Managers and VP groups to address service needs.
• Reallocate ACM resources to balance workloads and coverage.
• Review work for accuracy, professionalism and escalation when needed.
• Identify process improvements and expand support to managers and inspectors.
• Interview, hire, onboard and train ACMs and Inspectors.
