Job summary

City Property Management is seeking an experienced leader to manage the ACM and Community Inspector teams in an in-office role. You will hire, onboard, and train staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality and timely support for communities.

You will develop career paths for ACMs toward Community Manager roles and build robust inspection processes. The role requires hands-on leadership, training, and proactive problem solving within standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Five years of community association or property management experience, or three years with CMCA/CAAM certification.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong understanding of community association operations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational, workload-management, and follow-through skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish expectations and address performance concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, and train ACMs and Community Inspectors.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, direction, and support.
• Balance workloads based on priorities and capacity.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and responsibilities.
• Approve timecards and PTO while maintaining coverage.
• Conduct performance reviews and address concerns.
• Foster a professional, service-oriented team culture.
• Provide hands-on operational coverage when necessary.
• Oversee ACM and Inspector responsibilities for compliance, work orders, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Community Managers and VPs to address priorities.
• Develop and grow the Community Inspector program and trainings.
• Establish schedules, routes, and criteria for inspections.
