Job summary

The Arc of Madison County is seeking a Community Support Personnel to implement person-centered plans and engage individuals in community activities. You will support socialization, choice-making, and community participation with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, promoting volunteer opportunities, and maintaining accurate records. Requires HS diploma or GED and a valid Alabama driver’s license; nonexempt status as per FLSA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to adapt to changes and prioritize tasks.
• Valid Alabama driver’s license required.

Responsibilities
