Yearly Salary

HallKeen is seeking a Community Impact and Wellbeing Support Coordinator to help connect residents with resources, strengthen community partnerships, and support housing stability across our residential communities. HallKeen is a mission-driven real estate management and investment organization focused on affordable and workforce housing, community engagement, and lasting resident impact.

Pay Rate: Starting at $70,000.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, compassionate, and experienced in resident services, social services, housing, or community-based support.

What You’ll Do

• Support residents with outreach, referrals, resource navigation, and follow-up.
• Partner with property management teams to address resident needs and housing stability concerns.
• Help coordinate community engagement programs and local partnerships.
• Support program reporting, documentation, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
