Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in community impact, nonprofit, partnership, or program management.
• 5+ years in community engagement or related fields.
• Experience managing corporate volunteer programs and associate engagement.
• Strong project management to handle timelines and budgets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with partners and teams.
• Clear communication to create updates and materials.
• Comfort using data and dashboards to measure outcomes.
• Collaborative, service-minded approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program operations, including planning, coordination, tracking and execution support.
• Support strategy, with a focus on volunteerism, associate engagement and local connections.
• Manage planning calendars, project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate volunteer experiences from intake through execution and post-event recaps.
• Serve as central point of coordination for requests and activations with partners.
• Partner with field, franchise and corporate teams to identify local service opportunities.
• Identify and recommend nonprofit partnerships and manage partner relationships.
• Track budgets, invoices, payments and reporting data for stewardship.
