Job summary

Mat-Su Health Foundation seeks a collaborative leader to advance R.O.C.K. Mat-Su initiatives. You will design and drive the shared vision across focus groups, convene high-level meetings, and coordinate governance to achieve population-level change.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, contracts, and procurement, overseeing data systems, and communicating progress to partners. A strong emphasis on health equity and stakeholder engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven program management skills.
• Strong facilitation skills with ability to guide groups to consensus.
• Experience with Theory of Change and Logic Models is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of shared vision for initiative workgroups.
• Facilitate high-level meetings and community forums to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate strategies for population- and systems-level change; manage budgets and contracts.
• Oversee data systems and translate insights into strategic improvements.
• Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders and coordinate with funders.
• Promote health equity by aligning with organizational commitments and addressing inequities.
