Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience planning, coordinating, or managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and apply project management technologies and templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from initiation through implementation, aligning with objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and trackers.
• Coordinate activities across departments, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and escalation within delegated authority.
• Monitor scope, risks, dependencies, and resource needs to maintain alignment with objectives.
• Identify risks or capacity concerns and elevate appropriately.
• Support closeout activities and lessons learned.
• Maintain governance records and implementation artifacts.
• Utilize work management platforms (e.g., Asana) to improve coordination and accountability.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of PM tools and shared practices.
