Trillium Health in Rochester, NY is seeking a Manager of Community Engagement to lead MOCHA Programs. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure services are accessible, equitable, and outcome-driven.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets and grants, build partnerships, and drive quality improvement and health equity across programs. A strong background in public health and community outreach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in public health, community prevention, outreach services, health education, harm reduction, HIV/STI/HCV prevention, or related programs.
• Minimum of three years of management experience leading teams, programs, or community-based services.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for MOCHA Programs and services.
• Oversee program budgets in collaboration with division leadership and Finance.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community organizations, government agencies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead quality assurance and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Represent the organization at community meetings, coalitions, conferences, and advisory groups.
