Job summary

RCF Connects seeks a Campaign Manager to support the Healthy Richmond initiative. Based in Richmond, CA, you will coordinate project activities, engage communities, and provide evaluation support to ensure health equity goals are advanced.

You will lead cross-team campaigns and liaise with major partners to drive outcomes. You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage communications, and help design plans to sustain organizational capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; related fields preferred.
• Three years of increasing responsibility in nonprofit, government, or public sectors; diversity experience desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years in an agency providing public relations and media services in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR BHC meetings including Steering Committee, HUB staff meetings and Action Team meetings.
• Support HR/BHC initiative and liaise between Action Teams and HR Hub with equity-based research.
• Lead teams to motivate outcomes and ensure accountability with equity strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate HR Action Teams to achieve change strategies and dashboards.
• Foster dialogue with residents and youth across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Leverage partnerships to advance HR outcomes and campaign work.
• Interface with The California Endowment and Richmond Youth Organizing Hub.
