Resources for Human Development (RHD) in Delaware is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) team. You will provide clinical oversight and nursing services to individuals residing in community-based residential programs throughout Delaware.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN license in Delaware.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel regularly across assigned service areas.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and healthcare documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing services and clinical oversight to individuals with IDD in community-based residential programs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to support health goals.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments per nursing standards.
- Conduct routine health assessments and nursing visits.
- Collaborate with physicians, guardians, behavioral health professionals, staff, and teams.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation.
