Job summary

Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Staff Nurse to join our Delaware Intensive Case Management team. This full-time role focuses on community-based nursing for individuals with complex mental health needs and co-occurring conditions.

The RN will provide medication management, clinical assessments, physical health support, health education, and care coordination within an interdisciplinary team dedicated to recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Delaware.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• CPR Certification and ability to obtain required background check.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the community.
• Experience in behavioral health or community health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care directly in community settings.
• Manage medications and treatments for participants.
• Conduct clinical and psychiatric assessments and health education.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support families with health education and care planning.
