FIGS is seeking a Part-Time Community Hub Lead (Key Holder) for our Tysons store. You will be the face of FIGS, delivering an engaging in-store shopping experience and supporting store operations.
This role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and leadership within a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing, assisting with inventory, achieving daily sales goals, and training staff.

You will provide FIGS’ customers with an awesome and memorable in‑store shopping experience, while also assisting with all aspects of store operations. This role will report directly to FIGS’ Store Manager.
