WeWork Inc. is seeking a Community Associate at 18 West 18th Street, New York, NY. You will be the face of the building, welcoming members, managing the front desk, greeting guests, and supporting community events to foster collaboration among members.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a passion for entrepreneurial communities, with the opportunity to contribute to various building operations and member engagement initiatives.

Formación

• College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, and compassion.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities and WeWork’s mission and values.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Front Desk Management: greet members, be on-site point of contact, sign-in guests, manage mail and deliveries.
• Events and Membership Engagement: support event promotion, engagement, and community activities.
• Building Operations and Management: handle mail, keys, inventory, and building equipment.
