YES Communities is seeking a dynamic Sales & Leasing Agent in San Antonio, TX. You will sell and lease homes in the community, assist applicants, and connect with residents and local organizations to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

You will work with a high-performing team to deliver top-tier service, manage marketing efforts, and support move-ins while adhering to company standards and state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry software products.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends.
• Must obtain state-specific sales licensing where applicable within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations including prospect tracking, tours, applications, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads via phone, email, social media, and flyers.
• Act as liaison between residents, team members, and external entities.
• Collaborate with management to monitor homes for move-in readiness.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and relationships.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
