Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations: prospect tracking, tours, applications, third-party communications, closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through multiple channels.
• Act as liaison between internal departments, applicants and external entities.
• Collaborate with management to monitor move-in readiness of homes.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and relationships.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
