Job summary

YES! Communities is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent in Cedar Rapids to market and lease homes in our communities. You will work with a high-performing team, delivering top-tier service to renters and buyers while coordinating tours, applications, and closings.

You will build relationships, advertise leads through multiple channels, and liaise with internal teams to ensure move-in readiness. A valid in-state driver’s license and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations: prospect tracking, appointments, tours, applications, third-party communications, closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through multiple channels (phone, email, social media, flyers).
• Liaise between internal departments, external entities, and applicants.
• Collaborate with management to monitor move-in readiness of homes.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and relationships.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences.
