You will lead outreach, coordinate services, and help develop programs focused on maternal outcomes. A state doula certification is encouraged; completing it and enrolling as a Medicaid provider may qualify for a $3,000 bonus after commitment.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Social Determinants of Health and their impact on health outcomes.
• Understanding of mental and behavioral health in relation to physical health.
• Basic knowledge of public health practices, epidemiology, disease prevention, and health promotion.
• Experience working with priority or underserved communities.
• Ability to communicate across diverse populations with cultural sensitivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication using plain language.
• Collaborative teamwork in multidisciplinary settings.
• Proficiency with computers and internet-based tools for data entry and research.
