Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of healthcare or human services experience; or 2 years in customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to service excellence.
• Effective organization and prioritization; detail orientation.
• Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and de-escalation in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes clients and department visitors and provides prompt, friendly customer service.
• Completes accurate client registration for services.
• Answers phone calls and delivers messages per protocol.
• Assists clients with shower, clothing, supplies, and services.
• Advocates for clients by connecting to forms and community resources.
• Enters case notes and program data into HMIS per grant guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
