Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets patients/visitors and directs them appropriately.
• Schedules patient flow and appointments to meet grant requirements.
• Verifies payment methods and collects data or payments as appropriate.
• Maintains patient records and confidentiality per HIPAA.
