Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED and CMA certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR.
• BLS certification required.
• Non-profit clinic experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Performs day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties.
• Greet patients and transfer calls; manage front desk.
• Schedule patient flow and screen new patients at registration.
• Verify payment methods and collect data as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and privacy in all interactions.
• Support EHR/EPM implementation and contribute to service excellence.
