Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clinical Medical Assistant certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Bilingual; English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties.
• Provides information to clinic callers and transfers calls as needed.
• Welcomes patients and directs them to the appropriate department.
• Schedules patient flow based on appointment arrangements and grant requirements.
• Screens patients for new or updated registrations and informs them of required information.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Manages waiting areas and front-desk organization.
• Informs patients of balances and collects payments as appropriate.
• Calls patients to confirm next-day appointments.
• Verifies payment methods and data for services.
