Job summary

Tiburcio-Vasquez Health Center, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Clinical Team (MA) to oversee medical assistant clinical processes, coordinate patient flow, and train staff across departments.

The role includes assisting providers, managing supplies, and supporting vaccine programs to ensure smooth clinic operations. Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited school required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical MA experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Medical Assistants on the clinic floor and direct patient flow for regular and drop-in appointments.
• Ensure cross-training and up-to-date clinical skills across departments.
• Lead in handling complaints regarding clinical services.
• Assist with MA functions as needed to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Assist practitioners during examinations as needed.
• Manage instrument sterilization and supplies, and test equipment.
