Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation is hiring a full-time Community Health Aide/Practitioner to deliver primary, preventive, and emergency care in village clinics across rural Alaska. The role requires relocation to a village, English communication, and travel to Bethel and training sites, with itinerant coverage as needed.

Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, TABE literacy, CHP certification, and EMT/ETT credentials.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• TABE literacy demonstrated for reading/writing at 8th grade level.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary, preventive, and emergency care.
• Be available for year-round coverage, including summers.
• Float to other villages as assigned when needed.
