Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a DSP 1 in a YAI program.
• Foundational certifications: SCIP-R, CPR, AMAP for residential or Day Services.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have three years of direct support experience with the I/DD population.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supports to people with I/DD.
• Supervise, protect and care for individuals; support life skills and community integration.
• Document services and progress for billing and reporting; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
