Job summary

Crossroads Community Church, Inc. is seeking a Community Site Director to build and sustain vibrant site communities across multiple campuses. You will recruit and mentor leaders, coordinate group offerings, and collaborate with other teams to create welcoming, authentic environments for growth.

• Ability to train, coach, and develop volunteer leaders.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create a robust menu of groups for site size and demographics.
• Equip and develop community/spiritual leaders through training and coaching.
• Recruit, develop, and empower volunteer leaders for groups.
• Collaborate with Connections Director on offerings and quality experiences.
• Coordinate with Camps and Trips to help people connect into community.
• Mobilize volunteer teams to execute the community vision at the site.
• Oversee groups such as Group Leaders, Journey hosts, and Small Leaders.
