Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, OH, seeks an Assistant Multisite Connections Director to partner with the Connections Site Director. Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and multiply high-capacity leaders and volunteer teams.
• Strong connector: naturally builds authentic relationships and networks.
• Excellent communicator (oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills and proactively solves problems.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading large teams and events preferred.
• Performs effectively under pressure and strict time constraints.
• Takes initiative to understand departmental objectives, adapts to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and build a strong volunteer community to ensure every guest feels seen, welcomed, and invited into Crossroads.
• Support execution as well as planning and preparation.
• Assist the Connections Site Director with broader all-site projects and initiatives.
• Help people get connected and mobilize toward engaging in the seven proven practices.
• Oversee teams that create welcoming environments and first impressions.
• Recruit volunteers by maintaining a list of open roles and inviting people to serve.
• Develop volunteer leaders through simple, consistent training moments.
• Maintain volunteer rosters and data to inform recruiting, care, and celebration.
• Engage in weekend environments, coaching volunteers and reinforcing vision and values.
