• Equip and develop community/spiritual leaders through training and coaching.
• Recruit, develop, and empower volunteer leaders for all group aspects.
• Collaborate with Connections Director to ensure quality community experiences.
• Work with Camps and Trips teams to facilitate transitions into community groups.
• Mobilize volunteer teams to execute the site’s community vision, modeling discipleship.

About CrossroadsCrossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We’re not there yet, but it’s what we’re working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors.Job SummaryThe Community Site Director is responsible for building community at their site through groups, cohorts, and mentor connections to create a culture wherepeople have clear ways of connecting with each other, develop intentional friendships, and have places where they can grow. They carry out community visionwhile recruiting and empowering leaders to do the same. This comes through developing leaders and creating open, fun and authentic communities.
